A secret place

I took this between two seaside properties in the centre of Pittenweem, in the East Neuk of Fife.

Pittenweem is the home to the Famous Art Festival every August, where photographers and artists gather to display their work. In fact there is quite a community of Artists who live and work in the East Neuk, perhaps because of the mild climate, and amazing light. I, for one, am always captivated by the movement of the sea and the ever-changing skies.

With this particular photograph, I just like the simplicity and movement - sometimes the simple things have a beauty of their own.
